Uniforms for club training, Surf & Pool Competitions
During Any Club Training
- You must wear a high visibility vest.
- A wetsuit and booties can also be a great addition to keep warm throughout the season when the water is cooler.
- A reflective high visibility life jacket can also be worn for additional safety.
When Attending Surf Competitions
- Competitors must wear the OBK surf cap and a high visibility OBK vest.
- Competitors must also wear OBK or black togs.
- Competitors can wear the OBK silicone swim cap under the OBK surf cap (not in place of).
When Attending Pool Competition
- Competitors must wear the OBK SLSC silicone swim cap.
Club & Lifeguard Uniforms
Ocean Beach Kiwi SLSC take pride in our Uniform and we adhere to the safety requirements associated with being a Surf Life Saving Club.
Ocean Beach Kiwi Surf Life Saving Club uniform colours are Pink and Black.
Swimwear
You can purchase any brand of togs/briefs or jammers, but they must be black.
For women, we recommend the Jayd Swimwear range (Australia), as they are good quality and have a great range of styles. They also will print the OBK logo (you must include this as part of your order).
